Executive Coaching
Virtual · No state linesThe decisions in front of you......and the patterns underneath them.
Therapy and coaching aren't the same thing, and the difference matters. It isn't depth: both take the patterns underneath seriously. The difference is where we point them.
The same patterns, as they pertain to the business.
How you're leading, how you're communicating, where you're stuck, and what's actually in the way of moving.
Where my work sits
My coaching work lives at the intersection of those two things. A decade inside startups and early-stage companies means I don't need the context explained. The clinical training means I can see what's driving the behavior, not just the behavior itself.
Where it happens
Foundwell
That work happens through Foundwell, and it takes three shapes:
1:1 Founder Coaching
A standing thought partner for the decisions that don't fit anyone else's job description.
Founder Groups
A small room of people carrying the same weight, facilitated so it actually goes somewhere.
Co-Founder Counseling
Couples work, in structure, for the relationship your company is built on.
Here for the patterns as they run through your life? That's therapy.
