How to Talk to Your Patients About AI

Your clients are already using it. Avoiding the conversation isn't neutrality. It's a missed opportunity.

Clients are turning to AI between sessions, sometimes instead of sessions, and occasionally in crisis. This workshop covers the practical realities of where patients are already using AI, strategies for raising it in session without derailing the work, and how to engage with it clinically rather than dismiss it. The goal isn't to become a tech expert. It's to stop treating the subject as off-limits.

Building Psychological Safety in High-Growth Teams

When you're hiring fast, culture doesn't build itself. Neither does trust.

High-growth companies promote fast, hire faster, and often ask managers to lead people through uncertainty they haven't processed themselves. This workshop gives managers and executives at scaling companies a mental health-informed lens for navigating interpersonal and performance challenges, without requiring anyone to become a therapist. It covers the foundations of psychological safety, how to address issues before they become crises, and what it actually looks like to lead through pressure without losing the team.

Foundational AI Literacy in Mental Health & Social Services

How AI actually works, and where it's already in your practice whether you've noticed or not.

AI isn't coming to mental health and social services. It's already here. Algorithms are deciding who gets housing, which families get flagged for child welfare intervention, and who receives Medicaid approval. At the agency level, AI tools for documentation, triage, and risk assessment are being adopted without clinical oversight or staff training. At the client level, one in two people with mental health conditions report using AI chatbots specifically for mental health support.

This workshop covers how large language models work, where AI is currently operating across direct practice, mezzo, and macro levels, and what clinicians and social workers need to understand to engage with it responsibly, and critically. No prior tech background required.

Elevator Pitch 101

Tell your startup story in 60 seconds. Pique interest. Ask for what you want.

Most founders know what they're building. Far fewer know how to make someone else care about it in under a minute. This workshop covers foundational narrative storytelling for entrepreneurs: how to distill your startup story into something that lands, how to structure it so the ask feels natural, and how to read the room and offer something worth the conversation.

Built for · Accelerator programs and startup conferences where founders are preparing to pitch investors, partners, or early customers

The Founder's Toolkit for Everyday Wellbeing

Five things every founder deals with. Real strategies that fit your actual life.

Wellness advice for founders is usually written by people who've never had a runway. This workshop covers five challenges that show up across the founder experience without exception: identity fusion, the pressure to project confidence, relentless self-criticism, having nowhere to be fully honest, and the unsustainable loop most people call burnout. Each one gets a real strategy, the kind that fits inside an actual founder's life.

Built for · Accelerator programs, startup conferences, and founder peer groups where people are tired of being told to take more walks

Investor Deck 101

How investors actually review decks, and how to build one that works with that instead of against it.

Investors don't read decks the way founders write them. This workshop covers deck design and content strategy from the other side of the table: how to structure slides so the narrative holds, what each section actually needs to accomplish, and how to turn your pitch story into a document that earns the follow-up meeting. A natural next step after Elevator Pitch 101, and equally effective as a standalone.
